The girls have been sharing Tessa's wee room for the past week and managing quite well - except for the fact that there is no room for all of their stuff in there. So tonight we spent the evening cleaning up the clutter (finding oodles of missing socks) and transferring the two single beds into Alex's larger room. It was quite a chore and one I hope we won't be reversing any time soon. When Alex got home from Guides all I heard was her saying "awesome" over and over along with Tessa's excited voice explaining how the clothes had been organized. I'm quite thrilled that they want to hang out together .... and I have no allusions that it will work perfectly but for now I will enjoy their excitement. I'll deal with the disagreements when they come.
