Let the piercing begin

Tessa's 8th bday present was going to be the piercing of her ears (we did this for Alex's 8th), so while we were in the mall today, she decided that she was ready. We had ventured out after dinner hoping that we would miss the crowds - thanks to the weather, it worked out great. Tessa was very brave and handled the experience without any tears .... mom was once again was leaning against a counter feeling ill! She is thrilled with the earrings and can't wait to show all of her friends.
