Strawberries

This year due to our unseasonably cool spring, the strawberry  crop has only just ripened so we were able to take advantage of a weekend to get some berries.  The advantage of such a late season is that the berries are big and juicy!  I will need to remember this positive about cool springs in the future ... might make them a bit more bearable!!
