We decided tired feet and all we should make the effort to see the fireworks display. After a yummy Italian dinner at some restaurant south of the tower we followed the crowds to a grass area to watch the show.The night was a warm one so it was a pleasant evening to be outside.
It was an even more special night when I was able to make an internet call to my Poppa to wish him a happy 89th birthday!
