Tessa spent Friday night out at Lighthouse park with her brownie group. She impressed a few of the parents as she carried ALL of her own stuff in .... sleeping bag and thermarest and all. Thank goodness most of the walk was down hill to the cabin. The two days ended up being just fantastic weatherwise. The kids had a great time hiking through the trails, spending time up on the rocks overlooking the ocean. I was really wishing that my camera battery hadn't been dead when we arrived so I had to make use of my camera phone - not great in the trees, but better than nothing.
